Summary: | In this article, we present Markovian queueing model with catastrophe, restoration, breakdown with backup server and feedback. Customer arrives according to Poisson. Service time is exponentially distributed. When the server is exposed to sudden failure it should get repaired and get back to service. At the point when server gets a failur, a backup server will be activated. Feedback is when unsatisfied customer returns to the system again for a service. Matrix geometric method is engaged to solve the model and performance measures are determined. |
