Description
Summary:Challenges in the investigation of major antiseptics using an experimental spectrophotometric device operating in the wavelength range 200–1100 nm are considered. Spectrometry is a reliable, informative, and highly accurate tool for capturing information on study objects, so identifying the optical parameters of antiseptics is a promising and relevant task. Objectives and tasks are defined and objects and methods of research for the addressing the questions posed are given. This paper presents the appearance, optical design, and technical characteristics of an experimental spectrophotometric device. The spectral dependences of transmittance in the operating wavelength range were determined. Spectral peaks for the transparency of test substances in the ultraviolet region of the spectrum were determined.
