Summary: | In‐display temperature has a significant impact on the lifespan of flat‐panel displays. measuring and monitoring temperature distribution and variation in the display panel during operation is therefore crucial. This report proposes a differential temperature sensing circuit based on dual‐gate TFTs with a sensitivity of ‐ 17mV/℃,and a wide temperature range from 20℃ to 100℃. The circuit fabrication is fully compatible with TFT backplane process, making it promising for in‐panel temperature sensors. |
