Summary:This paper proposes a reflective liquid crystal display solution, where an OC bump diffuse reflection layer is fabricated on the TFT side. By optimizing the OC bump height difference and pitch process parameters, and combining with a polarizer incorporating a quarter‐wave retardation film, a reflective liquid crystal display panel with high reflectivity and wide viewing angle is achieved.
