The results obtained reveal that workers may feel motivated to remain in the organization due to the perception of job stability and employment opportunities compared to the general context of the labor market. [...]it was also found that they do not experience a genuine emotional connection with the company, indicating a lack of Affective Commitment. Strong emotional commitment can improve job satisfaction, performance, and employee retention in the organization.
