The above increased because of the health crisis due to covid-19, stimulate solutions that focus more on the end customer, with efficiency, effectiveness, agility and added value integrated into the entire production, marketing and after-sales service chain. Process innovation enabled improvement in terms of management, automation, and integration of the company's digital ecosystem. Atendiendo a la necesidad de resolver las crecientes demandas del sector, la empresa TIENDACOL S.A.S. ha considerado intégration de todos sus prooesos y modelos de negocio en un ecosistema digital que potencie exponencialmente todas las capacidades de la empresa como factor diferenciador permitiendo el desarrollo conjunto de los nivelés administratives, de infraestructura, financieros, del área ecommerce y área de venta directa con un enfoque de sostenibilidad e internacionalización de los servicios, es menester considerar en este caso que experiencias similares son propuestas por Turban, Pollard & Wood (2021).
