Summary:Considering the relevance of the inclusion of technology in production based on manufacturing, this article presents the results obtained from carrying out a bibliometric analysis of trends in advanced manufacturing in the field of manufacturing. In a first stage a descriptive analysis was carried out, in a second stage, analysis of co-authorship, co-occurrence, citation, pairing, bibliographic and co-citation has been developed. Based on these analyzes, emerging concepts in this matter are identified within the framework of the digital transformation of industries. La integración de éstos se concibe como un paso fundamental en el marco de la Ingeniería concurrente en fabricación, como parte sustantiva de la fabricación avanzada, la cual es base para la consolidación de estructuras sólidas habilitantes para la inserción de las industrias en la denominada cuarta revolución industrial.
