Summary:This paper explores the FDI attractiveness of the Greek economy. It focuses on key differences between FDI location motives of MNEs before and after the economic crisis triggered by the global financial crisis of 2007-2008. The findings are based on primary data collected from questionnaire surveys filled by top management personnel of MNEs operating in Greece. Policy orientations are discussed based on the differences between the motives of MNEs to locate their activities in Greece before and after the crisis.
