Summary: | When the welded joint of 2219 aluminum alloy has defects, the high-frequency VPTIG is used for welding repair. The mechanism of control is proposed for the repair welding joint, and the process route for satisfying the repair welding joint of 2219-T87 aluminum alloy is formulated to reduce the influence of overall performance on the joint local repair welding position. The research results show that the DC-EN of VPTIG coupled to pulse current at a frequency of 20-25 KHZ is helpful to restrain the metallurgical defects such as pores and refine the grain of the fusion zone, to ensure the comprehensive performance of the repair welding joint. |
