Summary:The utilization of XPS foam in model production has demonstrated significant improvements in both the production level and the overall understanding of the model. Hence, this paper aims to delve into the characteristics and production status of XPS foam, analyze the corresponding production processes and methods, identify the challenges encountered during model production, and propose suitable countermeasures. Additionally, this study aims to evaluate the feasibility of integrating XPS foam into product design for models, while providing valuable insights for XPS foam production and research.
