description Operational of the G.A Siwabessy Serpong Multipurpose Reactor in its operation, there will be a release of 137Cs radionuclide fission products into the environment. It is necessary to monitor the dose that is acceptable to the environment by the release of 137Cs. The dose rate calculation was carried out in 4 stages, namely, monitoring the activity of the 137Cs concentration in water and sediment, the value of the bioconcentration factor (BCF), the distribution coefficient value, and calculating the dose rate. The value of the bioconcentration factor (BCF) ranged between 0.025 mL/g – 0.22 mL/g. The results of the analysis of water in the Cisadane watershed ranged from 2 x 10−5 Bq/L – 6.5 x 10−4 Bq/L and in sediments, it was 0.036 Bq/kg –1.63 Bq/kg. The results of the distribution coefficient (Kd) were obtained in the range between 8 x 103 L/kg – 2.6 x 103 L/kg. The results of the calculation of the dose rate in the cisadane watershed around the Multipurpose Reactor – G.A Siwabessy (RSG-GAS) showed the presence of 137Cs in the aquatic environment based on FEDERICA data, the dose values were in the range 6.46 x10−7 μGy h−1 – 6.46 x10−7 μGy h−1.
