Method: The methodology used is descriptive and non-experimental design of longitudinal type, also, the information with which we work is secondary because it was collected from the institutions of the Ministry of Economy and Finance MEF (friendly consultation) and the National Institution of Statistics and Informatics INEI; in the target population that we work is the macro southern region of Peru that is made up of: Arequipa, Apurimac, Cusco, Puno, Moquegua, Madre de Dios and Tacna.
Results: In the results, the investment in economic growth was observed which is based on the funds allocated for investments by the canon item, over canon and mining royalties, through multiannual programming, project formulation and use of resources, in the southern macro region period 2019-2021, where the departments with the highest economic growth were: Arequipa and Cusco in 2019 presented 5.7% GVA and 4% GVA, in 2020 5.4% GVA and 4% GVA and in 2021 recorded 5.4% GVA and 3. 7% GVA respectively, while those that presented lower economic growth were the departments of Apurimac and Madre de Dios, for 2019 they registered 1.3% GVA and 0.4% GVA, for 2020 1.3% GVA and 0.3% GVA, finally for 2021 they presented 1.2% GVA and 0. 3 GVA respectively; likewise, the departments with the highest public expenditures in current expenditure, capital expenditure and debt service expenditures recorded in the southern macro region in the period 2019-2021 were: Cusco and Arequipa; on the other hand, the departments that showed the lowest economic growth were Moquegua and Madre de Dios.
Conclusions: In conclusion, it was observed that in the southern macro region there is a slowdown in economic growth according to the investments made by the regional governments and the benefit presented by each region.

Los departamentos con mayor crecimiento económico fueron: Arequipa y Cusco en el 2019 presentaron 5,7% de VAB y 4% de VAB, en el 2020 5,4% de VAB y 4% de VAB y en el 2021 registraron 5,4% de VAB y 3. 7% de VAB respectivamente, mientras que los que presentaron menor crecimiento económico fueron los departamentos de Apurímac y Madre de Dios, para el 2019 sólo registraron un 1,3% de VAB y 0,4% de VAB, para el 2020 1,3% de VAB y 0,3% de VAB, finalmente para el 2021 presentaron 1,2% de VAB y 0. 3 de VAB respectivamente; asimismo, los departamentos con mayor gasto público en gasto corriente, gasto de capital y gasto en servicio de la deuda registrados en la macro región sur en el periodo 2019-2021 fueron: Cusco y Arequipa; por otro lado, los departamentos que presentaron el menor crecimiento económico fueron Moquegua y Madre de Dios.

Method: The methodology used is descriptive and non-experimental design of longitudinal type, also, the information with which we work is secondary because it was collected from the institutions of the Ministry of Economy and Finance MEF (friendly consultation) and the National Institution of Statistics and Informatics INEI; in the target population that we work is the macro southern region of Peru that is made up of: Arequipa, Apurimac, Cusco, Puno, Moquegua, Madre de Dios and Tacna.
Results: In the results, the investment in economic growth was observed which is based on the funds allocated for investments by the canon item, over canon and mining royalties, through multiannual programming, project formulation and use of resources, in the southern macro region period 2019-2021, where the departments with the highest economic growth were: Arequipa and Cusco in 2019 presented 5.7% GVA and 4% GVA, in 2020 5.4% GVA and 4% GVA and in 2021 recorded 5.4% GVA and 3. 7% GVA respectively, while those that presented lower economic growth were the departments of Apurimac and Madre de Dios, for 2019 they registered 1.3% GVA and 0.4% GVA, for 2020 1.3% GVA and 0.3% GVA, finally for 2021 they presented 1.2% GVA and 0. 3 GVA respectively; likewise, the departments with the highest public expenditures in current expenditure, capital expenditure and debt service expenditures recorded in the southern macro region in the period 2019-2021 were: Cusco and Arequipa; on the other hand, the departments that showed the lowest economic growth were Moquegua and Madre de Dios.
Conclusions: In conclusion, it was observed that in the southern macro region there is a slowdown in economic growth according to the investments made by the regional governments and the benefit presented by each region.
Objetivo: El objetivo de la investigación es analizar el crecimiento económico de las Regiones del Sur del Perú durante el periodo 2019-2021.
Método: La metodología utilizada es descriptiva y de diseño no experimental de tipo longitudinal, asimismo, la información con la que se trabajó es secundaria, debido a que fue recolectada de las instituciones del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas MEF (consulta amigable) y del Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática INEI; en la población objetivo que se trabaja en la macro región sur del Perú que está conformada por: Arequipa, Apurímac, Cusco, Puno, Moquegua, Madre de Dios y Tacna.
Resultados: En los resultados se observó que la inversión en crecimiento económico que se basa en los fondos destinados para inversiones por el rubro canon, sobre canon y regalías mineras, a través de la programación multianual, formulación de proyectos y uso de recursos, en la macro región sur periodo 2019-2021. Los departamentos con mayor crecimiento económico fueron: Arequipa y Cusco en el 2019 presentaron 5,7% de VAB y 4% de VAB, en el 2020 5,4% de VAB y 4% de VAB y en el 2021 registraron 5,4% de VAB y 3. 7% de VAB respectivamente, mientras que los que presentaron menor crecimiento económico fueron los departamentos de Apurímac y Madre de Dios, para el 2019 sólo registraron un 1,3% de VAB y 0,4% de VAB, para el 2020 1,3% de VAB y 0,3% de VAB, finalmente para el 2021 presentaron 1,2% de VAB y 0. 3 de VAB respectivamente; asimismo, los departamentos con mayor gasto público en gasto corriente, gasto de capital y gasto en servicio de la deuda registrados en la macro región sur en el periodo 2019-2021 fueron: Cusco y Arequipa; por otro lado, los departamentos que presentaron el menor crecimiento económico fueron Moquegua y Madre de Dios.
Conclusiones: En conclusión, se observó que en la macro región sur existe una desaceleración del crecimiento económico de acuerdo a las inversiones realizadas por los gobiernos regionales y el valor agregado que presenta cada región.

Método: A metodologia utilizada é descritiva e de desenho não experimental do tipo longitudinal, além disso, a informação com a qual trabalhamos é secundária, pois foi coletada das instituições do Ministério de Economia e Finanças MEF (consulta amigável) e do Instituto Nacional de Estatística e Informática INEI; na população-alvo que trabalha na macrorregião sul do Peru que é composta por: Arequipa, Apurímac, Cusco, Puno, Moquegua, Madre de Dios e Tacna.
Resultados: Nos resultados, observou-se que o investimento em crescimento econômico se baseia nos fundos alocados para investimento sob a rubrica de cânones, sobre cânones e royalties de mineração, por meio de programação plurianual, formulação de projetos e uso de recursos, na macrorregião sul para o período 2019-2021. Os departamentos com maior crescimento econômico foram: Arequipa e Cusco em 2019 apresentaram 5,7% do VAB e 4% do VAB, em 2020 5,4% do VAB e 4% do VAB e em 2021 registraram 5,4% do VAB e 3. 7% do VAB, respectivamente, enquanto os que apresentaram menor crescimento econômico foram os departamentos de Apurímac e Madre de Dios, para 2019 registraram apenas 1,3% do VAB e 0,4% do VAB, para 2020 1,3% do VAB e 0,3% do VAB, finalmente para 2021 apresentaram 1,2% do VAB e 0. 3 do VAB, respectivamente; da mesma forma, os departamentos com os maiores gastos públicos em gastos correntes, gastos de capital e gastos com o serviço da dívida registrados na macrorregião sul no período 2019-2021 foram: Cusco e Arequipa; por outro lado, os departamentos que apresentaram o menor crescimento econômico foram Moquegua e Madre de Dios.
