Summary: | In this study, the spin coating process was used to develop perovskite solar cells in a two-step process. Thermal annealing of the perovskite solar cells was done from 90 to 120 °C, and the microstructure and solar cell properties of the perovskite were determined. The result shows that the thermal annealing temperature affects the degree of crystallisation of the perovskite layer. The optimal result was obtained at 120 °C, where the efficiency was 9.6%, fill factor = 0.45, Jsc = 12.51 mA/cm
2
, and Voc = 0.822 V. It has been established that combined-effect two-step spin coating and thermal annealing can be used to enhance the solar properties of lead-based perovskites. |
