Summary: | Aiming at the loosening problem of the sensor connected by bolts in the process of vibration signal acquisition, the experiment is designed and the method of the problem is studied. The sensor’s different loose degree is designed by using the vibration table. The frequency response characteristics and energy distribution of the sensor under different degrees of looseness are observed by broadband white noise. The variational mode decomposition method is used to extract the vibration response characteristics of different states. The classification algorithm is used to classify the features. According to the model prediction results, it shows that the method can effectively detect the loose state of the acceleration sensor. |
