Summary: | Starting from the need to find the most appropriate methods of teaching information from the STEM area to children with special needs, this article aims to investigate how technology-based pedagogies influence the motivation and emotional state of students with special needs when they have to assimilate knowledge in this field. The research data demonstrated an increase in the motivation for learning of these students through the use of ICT, but also an improvement in the affective state through the increase in self-confidence. These improvements were possible due to the fact that the students could go through each stage of the lesson at their own pace, with the possibility to return to those more difficult aspects. |
