Tuter on, a deontologicul unulysis of the Tscuzý Agreement regulutions thut contribute to the configurution of this kind of citizenship in Colombiu wuspe formed. A quulitutive methodology design wus employed, with и dogmutic legul upprouch supported by the deontologicul dimension of the study of regulutions, thut cun be derived from the triul vision of luw, under hermeneuticulguidelines, over documentury sources where the debutes ubout citizenship und uccess rights in environmentul issues ure held. This ullowed the triungulution of sources to build the unulysis. It wus concluded thut the deontologicul dimensions in the Hscuzý Agreement connect to и citizenship conceivedprimarily from the correlation right-duty. Here, duty, us un element for the ecologicul citizenship, is progressively guining preponderance, with и preferentiul differentiating upprouch thut thinks of the reulity ofthe bumun rights uctivists in environmentul issues.
