description The autoloading system for a hematology analyzer is composed of a linear drive, barcode correction unit, shaking mechanism, and piercing unit. This system uses the microcontroller to move the test tube to a certain position at the correct instance. This increases the number of tests that can be performed per hour, minimizes human error, and makes it more user friendly. The current effort is to optimize the autoloading system to increase its effectiveness and decrease its space utilization, while maintaining its aesthetics and handling capability.
