Description
Summary:This paper focuses on designing and programming a robotic arm with a 6-wheel independent drive rover. A book-picking robot is an administration robot that performs assignments like book identification, picking, and placing back on the same rack after the return. This work robotizes the procedure of book picking and placing the book. The robot arm is talented at accomplishing accurately simple tasks such as light material handling. The robot arm has three servo motors that link arms, and a stepper motor is used for the linear motion of the robotic hand. A microcontroller drives the servo motors with the capability of modifying position. The programming is done on the microcontroller using Arduino programming. Potentiometers are used to detect the angle of rotation, and the signals are then sent to the microcontroller. The control of the robotic arm is also done using an android device. This paper aims to design a wireless, autonomously controlled robotic rover capable of completing tasks with proliferated accuracy in smooth terrain
