Summary: | The local atomic structure of CuInSe2 single-crystal plates was studied by the method of EXAFS spectroscopy. It was established that the action of deuterium ions with an energy of 450 eV on CuInSe2 single crystals changes the local atomic structure of near-surface (up to 500 Ǻ) layers. The study provides possibilities of modeling the spatial distribution of atoms of using the Reverse Monte-Carlo method based on reliable partial pair correlation functions, estimating the physical properties of the systems and predicting the properties of new systems. |
