Summary: | The purpose of this study is to investigate the hazardous properties of a new tartrazine dye and to compare its decolorization under various pH circumstances using sonolysis. Approach and methodology: Results were obtained at their greatest yields after ultrasonication was carried out for 2 hours at the appropriate temperatures in a tartrazine dye solution that had been produced under conditions of pH 4 and 8. We used IBM SPSS V 28.0 software to conduct a numerical analysis with a confidence interval, G-power of 80%, enrollment ratio of one (N=12), and an alpha error level of 0.05. For each pH solution, we divided the participants into two groups, each with six samples. We then used T-tests to compare the samples. As a result, the optimal temperature for a sonicated tartrazine dye solution was determined to be 45°C under pH 4 circumstances and 70°C under pH 8 conditions. The mean-variance under the significance level of 0.001 with a significant p |
