Description
Summary:In this work, one-dimensional and two-dimensional modeling of the distribution of plasma parameters has been carried out taking into account a well-known set of plasma-chemical reactions from the literature and with consideration for an corrected set of plasma-chemical reactions. Calculations have been performed using a local mean energy approximation model, which solves the equations of continuity and conservation of electron energy in the discharge region. A comparison of the results has shown that the difference in the profiles of the main plasma parameters is not great in both 1D and 2D cases. However, there was a strong difference in some parameters, such as the density of metastable particles and the electron temperature.
