Summary:The objective was to determine the relationship between the use of the virtual educational management system CUBICOL and the administrative process of the Abraham Lincoln school in Trujillo in the year 2023. The type of research was non-experimental, simple correlational cross-sectional and observation cards were used as instruments. In the variable use of the virtual system of educational management CUBICOL by means of accesses, the following results were obtained: 352 accesses in kindergarten, 4,108 accesses in primary school and 6,033 accesses in secondary school, a total of 10,499 accesses. In the administrative process variable, the number of classes uploaded weekly to the virtual educational management system gave the following results: 539 classes were uploaded in kindergarten, 901 classes in elementary school and 532 classes in high school. In conclusion, there was a relationship between the use of the virtual educational management system CUBICOL and the administrative process.
