Summary: | Types of power-supply systems for passenger cars are considered. A method for calculating the current and power of a photovoltaic panel depending on the output voltage is presented. Operation of the Russian-made SIR330W-24 (5BB) PERC photovoltaic panel is simulated. The adequacy of the model is proved on the basis of comparing the calculation results with technical documentation. The dependences of the output parameters of a photovoltaic panel on voltage for various environmental conditions are determined. The feasibility of using photovoltaic panels as an additional power source for a passenger car is shown. |
