Description
Summary:Patients now seek a newer, more advanced healthcare system that is faster and more personalized in order to keep up with modern living. In light of this, modern healthcare systems utilize a variety of technology such as fifth generation networks, mobile computing techniques and IoT. Every node creates data at all times to share with the others. Integration with smart devices, the most popular cloud-based architecture, would provide excellent support for data exchange across all concerned parties. Many research has been done in this field. This review paper presents how the path for 5G is made possible by edge computing, a novel technology that brings cloud capabilities closer to end user. In addition, other critical features are also examined, such as the main components required for effective 5G deployment and the uses for edge computing in 5G. The paper also discusses the problems in healthcare industry in India and thereafter concluded with some technological solution.
