Summary:A 3D MPRAGE sequence with 1 mm isotropic voxels was used to collect anatomical images for the localization of functional activity and for registration of subjects' fMRI data sets to stereotactic standard space. Voxel-wise analysis of the response by multiple linear regression was performed, providing simultaneous parameter estimates for each condition vs. a baseline of fixation.
