Summary: | The responses of 150 university students to 15 items of the Attitude Toward Disabled Persons Scale Form 0 were submitted to an ordering-theoretic data analysis procedure. The resultant nonlinear hierarchy of contingent relationships among the attitude statements illustrates that order analysis provides insight to the structure of attitudes and the dynamics of attitude expression. It was recommended that subsequent research should focus on the relationships among fundamental attitude domains through order analysis of subject responses to sets of carefully selected attitude statements. |
