Passages of Psychologists: Career Stages of Internship Directors
Ninety predoctoral internship training directors responded to a survey designed to assess their career stages. Five stages were identified - entry, identity, doubt, reimmersion, and exit - and accompanying content and time frames for each stage are provided.
