) are assessed and applied to clinical supervision. Specifically, relevant literature is examined; supervisee stages of change (SSC) and supervisor processes of change (SPC) are introduced and discussed; and existent models of supervision are contextually compared to the proposed transtheoretical model. Strategies and recommendations for implementing and researching a transtheoretical approach to clinical supervision are also provided. |
