Summary: | Investigations of singular vortexes on a rotating sphere are relatively rare , although they are important for modeling action centers and blockings in the atmosphere on a global scale that form the climate. This is related to the problem of the analysis of dynamic systems with infinite dimensions. Such a problem appears as a result of the presentation of invariant physically important and observed absolute vorticity on a rotating sphere as a formal superposition of singular point vortexes (local vorticity) and back ground vorticity, which strongly interact between themselves (due to nonlinearity of hydrodynamic equations). This leads to structural noninvariance of localized vortexes and the necessity of introducing approximate considerations. |
