Summary: | This article shows an example of entrepreneurship that allies knowledge and innovation in linking the life of Irineu Evangelista de Sousa (Baron de Mauá) with the theme of entrepreneurship, through the readings of McClelland, Schumpeter, Vries, Thimmmons, Say, Dornellas, Empretec by Sebrae, dealing with enterprise behavior and Caldeira, which specifically addresses the history of Maua, using for this comparative analysis between them to show the contribution of Lord of Maua to the development of Brazil, the business established in the nineteenth century, identifying administrative capacity and the pioneering process of industrialization in Brazil. Questions itself as the innovation process in Brazil to its history of entrepreneurship from pioneers who leverage our economy and administration? Adopted the example of Irineu Evangelista de Sousa as the founder of innovation from a qualitative study descriptive, in order to contextualize the reality of entrepreneurship in Brazil and was consolidated as its structure. The research between what the literature states as enterprise behavior and attitude of Baron de Mauá shows which characteristics are considered in the enterprise to define the jurisdiction to success in business, as an example of that innovation is perpetuated by the entrepreneurial characteristics. |
