Summary: | Accurate estimation of MIMO frequency selective fading channels is important for reliable communication. In this letter, a new channel estimator which relies on aperiodic complementary sets of sequences is proposed. Theoretical analysis and Monte-Carlo simulation have shown that it achieves the minimum possible Cramer-Rao lower bound. A low-complexity hardware implementation of the estimator is also provided. |
