Description
Summary:The heat generated during the production and consumption of energy is the same climatic active admix ture as the greenhouse gases and aerosol released into the atmosphere. Scenarios of the development of power energetics and intensity of anthropogenic heat release from different sources, first of all from urban and industrial territories, are needed to estimate the existing and future local, regional, and global climatic effects. In this work, we discuss the main methods of estimating the anthropogenic hear fluxes in urban ter ritories and describe a method for estimating this flux based on the statistical data about the gross energy consumption.
