Summary:Summary Sarcoid flexor tenosynovitis is rare. Isolated sarcoid tenosynovitis of the index finger in a young woman as an early manifestation of the disease is reported. Tenosynovectomy was performed as a therapeutic and diagnostic tool, followed by systemic corticosteroids. The patient had no signs of relapse 3 years after surgery.
