A Description of the Moravian Settlement of Zeist, 1760
The Movarian settlement at Zeist, in the Dutch province of Utrecth, was founded in 1746. It was the successor to an earlier settlement at Herndyk, which had been opened in 1736 but abandoned ten years later. Count Nicholas Ludwig von Zinzendorf was largely responsible for its foundation.
