Summary: | We describe two new species of Arctoseius, A. sexsetus sp. n. and A. haarlovi sp. n. These descriptions provide additional data on the circumpolar distribution and morphological variation of these species, which were previously presented under the same names by Lindquist (1964) in his unpublished dissertation. The relationships of these species with other circumpolar species that may form a species-group, including the type-species of the genus Arctoseius, A. laterincisus Thor 1930, and its questionable identity are discussed. |
