Cardiac Conduction Block at Multiple Levels Caused by Arsenic Trioxide Therapy
Abstract We present a rare case of a woman aged 62 years with refractory acute promyelocytic leukemia treated with arsenic trioxide leading to progressive, multilevel cardiac conduction block. After chelation treatment with dimercaprol, there was normalization of conduction.
