No other systemic manifestations of the disease were found through CT examinations of the chest, abdomen and pelvis and a bone marrow aspiration. [...]the final diagnosis was primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the skull base. The primary purpose of the operation was to make the pathologic diagnosis.
