axis of triglycine sulfate (TGS) single crystal on ferroelectric domain structure was performed by piezoresponse force microscopy. To check if the applied electric field changed the dielectric properties and ferroelectric domain structure the hysteresis loop measurements were carried out as well as observations of domain structure by the liquid crystal technique. The investigation revealed existence of blocked domains in the crystal modified by the electric field TGS. |
