Summary: | The problem of finding the mean value and variance of the output process that occur in the course of noninertial detection of a random stationary process with the use of a δ-doped Schottky diode has been studied with the feedback taken into account. The dependences of the output parameters on the input parameters have been obtained within a Gaussian approximation. The effect of the inertia of the detecting system using the δ-doped Schottky diode on the simple statistical characteristics of the output process have been analyzed. |
