Summary: | Mini‐
We present a case of a 57‐year‐old man with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and an incidental finding of a left atrial mass. The case highlights the use of multimodality imaging to help characterize the mass. These included cardiac MRI, transthoracic echocardiography, and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) with three‐dimensional imaging. The use of three‐dimensional TEE best defined the morphologic appearance and attachment of the mass. |
