Description
Summary:During the last few years, the protection of the environment against sewage pollution resulting from industrial, power, and rural construction has assumed a great national-economy importance. One of the most effective methods of solving this problem consists in constructing antifiltration diaphragms (curtains) around the sewage accumulators. The wide use of the "slurry wall" method for constructing antifiltration diaphragms raises the problem of the evaluation of the quality of these structures.
