Summary:When François Hollande, President of France, and HEnri Loyrette, director of the Louvre, visited the site of the Louvre Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat Island in January 2013, Human Rights Watch (HRW) appealed that he oversee migrant working conditions instead over the local government. The Louvre has not made a public commitment for workers' rights. HRW has been lobbying and examining such situations and has released reports on the conditions for museum builders.
