Description
Summary:A computer program has been developed for transforming potential estimated primary production values to 'normal' daily primary production values. The potential production is measured in an incubator at a temperature equal to that of the sampling locality, and the necessary light energy is provided by fluorescent lamps. Results obtained by this method were in good agreement with those obtained by the tradiational in-situ method.
