Multivariate characterization and modeling of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans
A multivariate physicochemical characterization of 136 tetra- to octachloro-substituted dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs) and dibenzofurans (PCDFs) is reported. Analysis of quantitative structure-activity relationships can be used for ranking congeners for future chemical and biological testing.
