Summary: | Poland syndrome is a rare congenital abnormality with an estimated incidence of 1 in 20,000 to 1 in 30,000 live births. We report and discuss this rare combination of pulmonary hypertension and dextrocardia with Poland syndrome. This case report also highlights the underlying pathogenetic mechanisms during foetal development and the potential to misdiagnose cardiac ischaemia in a patient with an anatomic anomaly. |
