GPER mediates the inhibitory actions of estrogen on adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 cells through perturbation of mitotic clonal expansion
Highlights • We showed the expression pattern of GPER in mouse differentiating adipocyte 3T3-L1. • Activation of GPER had inhibitory effect on adipocyte 3T3-L1 differentiation. • The adipogenic inhibition was exerted through perturbation of mitotic clonal expansion.
