Description
Summary:The effect of humic fertilizers on the bacterial communities of potato plants was studied by spraying of the plants in flowering. It was found that the quantity of bacteria in the plant phyllosphere and rhizosphere was 10- to 100-fold decreased, especially as a result of spraying the plant with the “Bioud-1” fertilizer. However, the favorable changes occurred in the taxonomic structure of epiphytic bacterial complexes, because the part of cellulolytic bacteria was increased significantly. These data seem to be of practical importance, taking into account that after potato harvesting the aboveground parts of the plants remain in the field. As a result, the destruction of the plant residues should be accelerated.
