Synthesis and properties of composites synthesized by deposition of TiO sub(2) doped with SnO sub(2) or NiO sub(2) onto A-300 nanosilica

This paper focuses on the investigation of nanooxide composites SiO sub(2)/TiO sub(2)/X (X = SnO sub(2), NiO) synthesized by controlled low-temperature hydrolysis of TiCl sub(4), SnCl sub(4) (followed by thermal treatment of some samples) on nanosilica surface (specific surface area 300 m super(2)/g...

Description
Summary:This paper focuses on the investigation of nanooxide composites SiO sub(2)/TiO sub(2)/X (X = SnO sub(2), NiO) synthesized by controlled low-temperature hydrolysis of TiCl sub(4), SnCl sub(4) (followed by thermal treatment of some samples) on nanosilica surface (specific surface area 300 m super(2)/g) and by thermolysis of Ni(NO sub(3)) sub(2) . 6H sub(2)O at 600 degree C. The effect of the nature and concentration of a doping agent on the phase composition of the composites and their physicochemical properties is determined. The properties of the synthesized systems are examined by means of XRD analysis, nitrogen adsorption, potentiometric titration, and photon correlation spectroscopy.
