Summary:Anderson-Fabry disease (FD) is a genetic disorder of glycosphingolipid metabolism that can involve CNS and is easily detectable with MRI. We reviewed 32 MRI performed in ten patients to detect an eventual specific pattern of the disease suggesting that finding vascular lesions in young adults must be addressed to diagnose different pathologies including FD.
