Morphometric measurements of Daucus carota suspension culture cells [carrots, Germany, F.R.]

Standard stereologic methods have been applied to electron micrographs of Daucus carota L. suspension culture cells. The relative frequencies of the different membrane systems within the cells have been determined and compared with published data for mature leaf cells.
